1. Chelsea: The Blues is the highest spender in the English Premier League. They have spent €190.05m on the signature of Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella and Carney Chukwuemeka. After spending this sum of money, Chelsea is expected to be a contender for the EPL title this season.
2. Nottingham Forest: the newly promoted side to the EPL has shown that they have come to stay in the EPL. They are the second-highest spender in the English Premier League this summer. They have spent €161.74m.

3. West Ham United: David Moyes WestHam are currently the third-highest spender in the EPL. They fought to qualify for the UEFA Champions League last season, having bought so many players this summer, they could end up playing in the Champions League next season. They have spent €114.67m this summer.
4. Arsenal: Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are the fourth-highest spender in the English Premier League this summer. They have spent €107.01m so far.
5. Tottenham Hotspur: Tottenham Hotspur are the fifth-highest spender in the English Premier League this summer after they reportedly spent €82.93m.
